Information you provide
When you contact Edizon, we receive your email address, message, and any name or business details you choose to include. When you book a call, we also receive your selected meeting time and booking details. We use this information to respond, understand your project needs, arrange conversations, and keep a record of our correspondence.
Services involved
We use Calendly to collect your consultation details and book your appointment. Your booking answers and meeting details are stored in Calendly and included in scheduling notifications. We use Google Workspace for business email, calendar invitations, and Google Meet calls. We may also record relevant contact details and follow-up notes in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system.
The booking calendar connects your browser to Calendly. It may use cookies and receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. You can email us instead if you prefer.
